NeurosDAC

I bought a [Neuros] Digital Audio Computer in Oct-05.

Good:

• Neuros is a Linux friendly company
• OGG support
• builtin FM transmitter.

Bad:

• Battery must be replaced at the factory
• Very sluggish browsing while playing music
• Freezes up on very long song lists (I have over 8000)
• No car charger available.
• The filesystem gets corrupted every now and then, forcing you to reload.

Of course the worst is that they stopped making the Neuros II and there isn't any sign of a Neuros III on the horizon.
